-Involved in managing process pertaining to the purchase and sale of loans in conjunction with Caliber's Transaction Management team. Have overseen 13 sales from contract agreement, which includes putting together an action plan for reviewing and preparing files to be sent to the buyer, and working with the buyer post sale to provide any outstanding documents and ensure satisfaction.-Have grown team from seven to seventeen members, involved with hiring and training of new employees. -Manage daily activities for team members, prioritize projects, facilitate in finding resolutions to documented issues, monitor progress on projects, and relay results and/or issues that arise to supervisor and third-party.-Play integral role in developing new best practices, refining old procedures, and improving efficiency.

Identified potential opportunities with existing and new customers. Would converts leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required sales team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process. I was responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention with building owner accounts.

Worked directly with customers on a daily basis, focused on keeping up customer service, answering questions, servicing accounts through multiple methods of foreclosure prevention. The primary role was to review accounts, identify the cause for delinquency, obtain the customer’s financial situation, identify possible solutions, and implement the best method of action to resolve the account while preventing foreclosure.
