负责基础架构及所有应用（IT负责人）。根据公司战略规划制定信息化整体发展规划、解决方案及预算。在基础架构方面进行了重新规划、优化及安全升级，涉及网络拓扑优化、防火墙升级、准入管控、SCCM等在应用软件方面，领导项目组成功上线了如下项目：E-HR系统；零售订单管理系统（POS）；电商订单管理系统（OMS）；会员管理及运营项目，实现了降本增效，提升数字化程度，优化流程及结构，成功的推动数字化转型，让数据资产赋能业务。

负责CRM项目，原系统Salesforce的系统运维、新需求调研及实施，以及后期CRM系统更换，新系统的实施、新旧系统的迁移及切换。

负责SFA和DMS项目的需求调研、选型及实施推广

1. Be responsible for Change management, committed to aligning technology and business to generate cost-effective solutions and deliver multiple, mission-critical projects on time and within budget. Skilled performer who avoids scope-creep by balancing business-and tech-side needs and common sense while collaborating in projects to successful completion that exceeds expectation.2. Cooperated with US team to deliver (organization structure confirm, test, training, go-live) BMC Remedy system ( a ITIL change management system) to Tyson China, which was used to ensure all the changes had been evaluated, approved, implemented and reviewed; 3. Be responsible for SD module and change management during SAP full cycle implementation，identify problems for current business process and brief the optimal solution(detail please find below project experience).4. Be responsible for daily operation and maintenance of SAP SD module; optimizing relevant OTC process, analyzing and implementing new demands and business change request. 5. In charge of the project to business process optimize such as “order to cash” process, including develop the project plan, coordinate the business team to discuss the as-is, find the improve opportunity and provide the feasible business and system solution, and track the implementation progress；6. In charge of evaluating business requirement on CRM system, and the upcoming vendor/solution selection; 7. Be responsible for review the administrators’ operation logs of ERP Kingdee System monthly based on audit requirements, in order to figure out the abnormal operation to control the risks.

1. In charge of the budget, selection, bidding, implementation and coordination of IT infrastructure related project with effective cost control; 2. In charge of the IT devices and network daily management, ensure the security and capability according to the international information security policy; 3. In charge of the Complex plant Helpdesk team's engagement and management, including to develop, carry out the related protocol and supervision; 4. Cooperate with US Headquarter on the IT project implementation and delivery, like the ITIL incident management system - BMC Remedy Project，I took over the project while it had already delayed. I reclassify the incident, confirmed the priority and upgrading mechanism of the incidents, drafted the China user training document and the incident template, developed the support process of China Helpdesk service. After all that, China catch up with the progress and went live on time; 5. In charge of IT asset management, software update and pushes, and remote user support via SCCM6. Be responsible for daily Network, SLA, Server and Storage operation and maintenance; dealing with any emergencies; managing IT assets; Helpdesk; inspecting computer and server room; monitoring internet traffic; Configuring IPT and daily maintenance. 7. Be responsible for installation and lay out of Attendance System, CCTV monitoring system.8. Be responsible for projecting and setting up relevant IT infrastructure (including Shanghai Office relocation, Tyson East China New Office and Complex plant). Such as network structure cabling and IT room construction onsite management, progress tracking and inspection of the project.
