Being laid off in February.As a Diffusion Equipment Technician I have experience maintaining Diffusion Furnacesin 200mm and 300mm fabs. I have assumed the role of Shift Supervisor or LeadTechnician on numerous occasions as required. Responsibilities:• Automated robotic equipment troubleshooting• Serve as mentor for new technicians• Assign resources based on skill sets and manufacturing priorities • Work with engineers in developing tool down plan of attack

As a Field Engineer I was responsible for coordinating installations, start-up support, preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting, repair and training on state of the art computer controlled and PLC controlled robotic equipment. As a Site Coordinator at Ericsson and working at other customers such as GE and Visteon I supervised up to 5 Field Engineers, providing daily support while performing equipment upgrades. All projects were completed on schedule and with in budget. My largest project was the installation at a GE plant of 2 assembly lines where I was involved in the presite visits and then in charge of the installations and start up. I would routinely work with customers to debug and optimize recipes and processes. Additional experience in training new Field Engineers in corrective and routine maintenance, plus customer communication skills. Experience with Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.

Responsible for individual territory. Duties included installation, repair, corrective maintenance, and preventative maintenance on alarms, CCTV and card access systems. I trained customers on the proper use and operation of new equipment. Maintained spare parts inventories ordered parts and kept manuals up to date.
