I've been able to guide our teams through growth-related challenges using my decade's worth of management and manufacturing experience. As a Senior Inventory Specialist at Jushi Holdings, a leading cannabis company, I applied my data analysis and inventory control skills to optimize the supply chain and procurement processes, ensure product quality and compliance, and enhance customer satisfaction. I have nearly two years of experience in the cannabis industry, where I have developed a passion for the positive impact of cannabis on health and wellness, and a commitment to spreading awareness and education.Before joining Jushi Holdings, I worked as an Assistant General Manager and a Shift Supervisor at Nature's Remedy of Massachusetts, where I managed daily operations, supervised staff, and improved sales and service standards. I also have a diverse background in manufacturing, hospitality, and media, where I gained valuable skills in operations management, customer service, audio/video editing, and content creation. I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself, which is why I completed a Data Analysis with R Programming certification from Coursera in September 2023.
