I managed all aspects of the food service operations in the restaurant. Oversee inventory control of all goods and products, as well all waste and labor costs. I ensured that all OSHA and DHEC regulations were complied with as well as ensuring all passing of all county and state mandated inspections. I assessed in opening another Mama's Pizza in South Lake, TX, as well as a restaurant in Weatherford, TX. Everyday duties included interviewing/hiring/training personnel and scheduling full time and part time employees.

I assisted in opening Burleson Pizza Company in 2003. I also routed and operated efficient routes for delivery drivers, as well as coordinated drivers allowing for timely delivery of our product. I maintained nonperishable inventory, food and beverage, and labor costs at a conservative level.

I managed all areas of the food and customer service operations within the restaurant including: overseeing inventory control and food sanitation, monitors procurement, storage, preparation, cooking, handling and serving of food. I maintained a clean, organized and safe working environment and strived to promote guest satisfaction to stead repeat business.
