The most demanded at that times were intercultural trainings, mainly on intercultural communications in business. Research work was a part of activity too. Of course I engaged some companies for outsourcing. A significant and personally heartwarming project became that one by Japan Foundation (Kuromori Kagura in Russia: a Mission of Gratitude) related to the earthquake of March 2011. The project was awarded with 'Silver Archer' Diploma (Russia's National Award for Best PR projects of the year).Moving to Japan in Dec 2011, I soon realized how difficult to manage company from abroad and sold it in the end of 2012.
