Wrote a business plan for the first fiber optic based network for the backhaul of television broadcasts of special events, starting the migration from satellite backhaul. Plan was sold and became Vyvx, the first company to operate a fiber optic backhaul network.Created and promoted a plan to establish a fiber optic telecommunications network for internal telecommunications transmission network services and a foundation for creating a telecommunications carrier. Tested navigation, communications and computing equipment on the Instrument Unit of the Saturn V for the Apollo 7 and 8 missions. Wrote failure analysis software programs for the Saturn V for orbital insertion and lunar orbital missions (Apollo 8 & 11).
