Swarm builds open infrastructure and tools to help democratize investing, sitting at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain, powered by community.Swarm's toolset for the tokenization of assets expands investor access, facilitating regulatory compliance and privacy, delivered via a reusable multi-purpose investor passport.Over 80 traditional and digital currencies can be used in Swarm’s infrastructure, and people from 30+ countries have already participated in investment and donation opportunities powered by Swarm. I initially joined Swarm to execute its global marketing and communications strategy, then moved to a lead product development role as we built out the infrastructure and brought it to market. I was instrumental in managing two platform launches, including the deployment of fundraising infrastructure, a tokenization application, an investor qualification and onboarding application, and other investment-related tools and integrations.I manage Swarm’s multi-partner cooperation with Siemens on #connect2evolve, a fundraising platform for a solar energy project in Senegal. In this role I lead the project, coordinating the Siemens and external marketing/communications teams in Berlin with developers throughout Europe.

LAVA Communications is Australia’s most experienced social video distribution agency. LAVA has delivered campaigns for over 600 of Australia's leading brands and agencies, across 6000 videos since 2002. LAVA specialises in opt-in/click-to-play views, maximising video engagement, extending the reach of video content and enhancing the owned video assets of our clients. LAVA operates out of the Australian and European markets.I led a small team to build a successful social video adtech business with Australian digital brand agency clients.I joined LAVA in 2008 to develop its business in social video, then moved to Digital Director as we partnered with many of Australia's top digital brand agencies to deliver their clients' global digital campaigns.I also managed the development of LAVA's social video technology, a multi-platform social video player with an extensive analytics backend, delivering annual global viewership in the hundreds of millions.

Miller's Retail Ltd. was an Australian company that distributed women's apparel and accessories and was one of the country's largest retailers.At Miller's I provided IT support for all head office staff and remote support for Miller's in-store POS system to 300 Australian stores.I also planned and rolled out a network wide Y2K update.
