Before that, I served as an Executive in Residence at CincyTech, a seed-stage investor whose mission is to be a trusted partner in helping to transform ideas into high-potential life science and digital companies in Southwest Ohio.Prior to CincyTech, I served as a Vice-President at Procter & Gamble in Geneva, Switzerland, where I helped lead the $4.2B acquisition and integration of Merck KGaA’s Consumer Health business. I was responsible for global strategy, consumer insights, analytics, and international media for Personal Health Care.During my 25-year career at Procter & Gamble, I had leadership roles covering strategy, marketing, insights, analytics, sales, and manufacturing. I have expertise in strategy development and execution, organizational transformation, business development, international expansion, brand building, consumer insights, and market landscaping.I am a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Minor in Management.
