About Stori Eagleton
I am currently working towards a degree in Business, at Grand Canyon University. I am a Patient Experience Specialist at Athletico Physical Therapy in Phoenix, AZ. I help oversee 12 clinics in the valley by coaching, mentoring and training Patient Experience Coordinators (front office staff). I am passionate about helping our patients in understanding their benefits with insurance, and how physical therapy is going to help them, and how our front office staff make it easier for them so they do not have to worry about their insurance. I have worked within a startup company and helped them grow their online presence and growing their reputation by running the customer service department. I am passionate about being able to help other, wether it is in the healthcare industry or a simple boutique where you can pamper yourself for self care. I love learning new things and growing within a company that I can give to as well.
