Storm has been involved in international sport since 2000. She is a former Wales lacrosse team player and she became coach and manager of the Wales team. Storm brought the first female African lacrosse team to the World Championships in 2019 and then the Men's U20 team to Ireland 2022. Through her ties with sport and charity in Kenya since 2007, she saw endless sporting taken yet a lack of support and opportunities. When attending an athletics meet with Kenyan elite athletes in Dubai in 2019, she saw a clear gap in the market and set up DBA Africa to find and nurture new and existing talent. She is also the Founder and CEO of DBA Sports, a sports apparel company.

KENYAN U19 LACROSSE TEAM ACHIEVE A WORLD FIRST BY BEING THE ONLY WOMEN’S AFRICAN TEAM TO EVER COMPETE AT A WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN CANADA AUGUST 2019. Having introduced lacrosse into a few schools in Western Kenya from 2007 until today, Kenya has now been officially recognised as the 54th country by FIL.

We also provide an excellent service in Sports Motivation, Athlete Management and Sports Event Management.As founder of DBA, I established the Kenya Lacrosse Association in 2009 which gives opportunity for disadvantged young people through sport in Western Kenya. I have close links with other sporting charities including Alive and Kicking, Nyumbani Orphanage, The Kiberia Soccer Academy.
