The number of colleagues and personnel was a hardship overcome by constructive feedback and the refining of the security program. Completed my job as an Armed Security Guard by helping and enforcing rules on the 88 acres of land I was assigned to. A customer service aspect comes with the job as well because a lot of times people are lost in the area and are just asking for some instructions. Healthy shopping and welcoming environment was provided by roaming around showing a presence. Completed reports of all done during shift and all others as needed.

I dealt with many mechanical aspects of the platform such as the troubleshooting, drilling, removal, and replacement of multiple items. After some time, I moved up To CDI (Collateral Duty inspector) and the Work Center supervisor also was responsible for tool control and respirators. These leadership roles allowed me to see the perspective of when I was junior compared to being more senior and involved with more moving pieces. I also went through a Fiber Glass and Radome repair course in 2017 while in North Carolina. Being Airframes I was involved in very much of the platform because I was responsible for most of the nuts, bolts, and frames present. I had to use ingenuity since much of the platform was old and tools weren’t always in optimal condition.
