As an Implementation Manager, my professional goal within a team is much like my personal life goal, to make peoples lives better. I enjoy making software and change, FUN! And I enjoy creating a fun atmosphere around me for my co-workers and my clients. While I enjoy being professional and am detail oriented, I love to keep the work atmosphere for those around me positive and easy going. We spend so much time working, might as well make it as great of a time as possible. At the end of the day, being customer focused is all about that mantra for me, making the experience as a great of a time as possible, and making it human!Previously I worked at TD Bank Financial Group where I had spent over five years learning and experiencing personal banking at a retail and corporate level. Throughout my time at TD I became customer focused from the ground up, and learned what a company needs to provide the best in service to their customers. I have become adept at Mutual Funds and Direct Investing, Real Estate Secured Lending and personal banking. While also building skills in project life cycle management, team building, change management and financing through my recent corporate roles.
