I have developed a profound expertise in managing customer interactions during some of the most emotionally and financially stressful moments. My experience spans pet insurance, home insurance and vehicle insurance sectors, where I’ve consistently demonstrated a deep empathy and resilience in handling complex and sensitive situations.
