Throughout my career I have developed a deep and sincere passion for providing exceptional customer service, with a particular focus on reducing customer complaints, bringing complaints to a fair and reasonable conclusion and maintaining transparency, integrity and trust in the financial services industry. I have developed a profound expertise in managing customer interactions during some of the most emotionally and financially stressful moments. My experience spans pet insurance, home insurance and vehicle insurance sectors, where I’ve consistently demonstrated a deep empathy and resilience in handling complex and sensitive situations.
