Set-up, managed and expanded the river survey operations at a Midlands based office. Recruited and trained staff to become adept at river surveys and data presentation. Provided a first class service to customers and built a reputation that resulted in repeat business. Also co-developed river survey software to optimize office processing times.

Installed and set-up early survey processing software. Carried out a multitude of differing surveys both within the UK and overseas. Started specialising in river surveys as digital hydraulic models became more feasible. Surveyed many rivers in the UK under the Environment Agency S105 framework agreement. Adapted river survey techniques to maximise productivity using evolving technology ie EDM and GPS.
