Mitsubishi Electric takes pride in it's product, over the last few years the City Multi and Applied Products team have been helping the industry to understand the quickly advancing refrigerant policies. We regularly assist project managers and designers in reviewing their design and can offer guidance on product selection. A large focus of this has been on transitioning away from typical VRF and bringing hybrid VRF to the market.I'm also passionate about improving the way we work and I see a large part of this for business as embracing more sustainable practices both internally and externally. At BDT this takes the form of the EPIC team (the in house green team) who have been working to establish carbon targets for 2025 and implement waste reduction activities across the company.

Representing temperzone in both Auckland and the Bay of Plenty I focused on developing and growing customers accounts and ensured they are up to date with everything going on at temperzone.

My role was incredibly varied and saw me working with the factory and our manufacturing team to improve processes and overcome obstacles. Through understanding the capabilities of the factory I engineered custom solutions to air distribution problems and worked directly with customers to ensure we delivered what they needed. In 2016 - 2017 I managed the introduction of new products to New Zealand and worked with the international supplier on bringing these to the market.

Working with technicians to build technical skills in welding, metal work and spray painting, as well as assisting with aircraft maintenance.I then progressed to working with management and started my own project to improve development processes using new technologies including 3D printing.
