I’m Head of Terminal Quality Management at TUV SUD, leading a global certification scheme and overseeing a dynamic team of auditors, engineers and operations staff to facilitate hundreds of annual audits & assessments. My approach is rooted in a people-first strategy, delivering business success by prioritising and supporting the development of my team.How did I get here? I graduated in 2022 with a 1st Class Honours degree in Music. Not the most conventional degree, I know, but the skills and knowledge I gained from my time at university are unrivalled. I took a primarily academic route, but I actively learnt to network, how to create business plans, financial management, public speaking, and so much more alongside my academic modules. My final year dissertation was psychology based, and it was from this that my interest in people and management grew.I worked throughout my time at university, building a portfolio of experience across a variety of industries. My skillset in communications grew through customer service roles, and I combined this with my creative background in several digital marketing roles. As my confidence and business proficiency developed, I began offering social media consultancy for small businesses, helping them to understand their audience and refine their content to increase engagement and sales.After graduation, I joined TUV SUD as a Project Coordinator and stepped up to a Project Manager role less than a year later. I'm now head of a global certification scheme for a key account client, providing leadership for the team and driving project success. Outside of my 9-5, I love mountain biking and I'm a huge motorsports fan. I can usually be found somewhere in the hills or in the sea during the weekends! Get in touch, I’d love to connect!
