LGBTQIA Awareness and Allyship for Novartis India: We played back stories of struggle, acceptance, and love within the LGBTQIA community. Our performance aimed to inspire empathy, educate, and encourage allyship within the workplace and beyond, promoting an inclusive environment for everyone.2. Disability Awareness for Deutsche Bank: We curated a devised playback theatre experience based on real life stories of individuals with disabilities, emphasizing their resilience, and unique perspectives. Our aim was to encourage inclusivity and promote a workplace culture where everyone is celebrated.3. Team building for Akamai Technologies India Private Limited: We played back stories of the employees of Akamai with an aim of fostering bonding, understanding and collaboration within the team.4. Projects with social impact: We celebrated the courage, resilience, and unique stories of individuals within the queer community in our performances in Maya Bazaar and Kaminabillu Santhe. Struggles, triumphs, and aspirations of student activists were portrayed amplifying their voices and creating a deep sense of solidarity in our show for AISA. Through evocative storytelling and expressive enactments, we paid homage to the indomitable spirit of protesters in a series of shows titled "Ode to Resistance."

Content Curation: From Hollywood entertainment, breaking news, international politics, women's challenges and lifestyle, and humanity news through positive storytelling, I sourced, curated and tailored content to fit the unique requirements of the clients.Team leadership and editorial work: I managed a team of five talented writers and provided guidance, training, and feedback to help refine their writing skills. I also edited all of their stories - averaging 15 daily - to ensure top-quality content befitting the stringent standards of our clients.Client and project management: Worked closely with my managers to ensure that our team's quality of work is consistently exceeding the expectations of all of prestigious clients, including Upworthy, WomenWorking, and Inquisitr.
