Expanded business line to gain product coverage and increased pairs trading, with a focus on product specialization and increased proficiency across all traders in technical analysis.PROCESS IMPROVEMENT | OPERATIONS: Led overhaul of entire business, improving all planning, reporting, risk assessment, and group communications. Spearheaded improvements to risk analytics and policies, execution systems, and all risk reporting. Implemented KPI and ROI metrics for business analysis. Transformed under-performing Precious Metals trading business into multimillion-dollar growth, with the group posting $6 million revenue in first year (8 times increase over previous year).
