Aquafish Pazardzhik Ltd has represented the BULGARIAN STURGEON CAVIAR brand for the last 10 years and we are actively involved in the breeding of sturgeon species in a specialized farm, which is located in the ecological Natura 2000 network, in close proximity to Maritsa River. In our farm we make breeding conditions for the cultivation of sturgeon to reach the maximum closeness to wild nature. The presence of fresh water and conditions of modern advanced technology give us the unique opportunity to breed this valuable fish.We produce our caviar in our own fish farm, in a protected and controlled environment to preserve the balance of species in nature.Aquafish Pazardzhik Ltd has successfully completed two recirculating systems and a hatchery. At present, the company offers breeding material of Carp, African catfish, Grass carp, Sturgeon, Carp and Lake Crayfish.
