As part of the management team I took active role in starting a medical center business with focus in health prevention and strong digital collateral from the ground up.For less than a year we were able to build a relationship with the most recognisable insurance funds in the country and through them perform health prevention events for the largest Bulgarian companies. I’ve been responsible for growing the Healthyco Pathology product from an idea to VC and Angel Investor backed digital product with first prototype and letter of intent from some of the largest local hospitals.Led and participated in the whole process of going through creating a business plan, financial model, pitch decks and securing a pre-seed investment from a local VC fund (Innovation Capital) and an Angel Investor from the Bulgarian Angels Club.Led the process of building a first prototype of the product and presenting jt to some of the largest hospitals in the country securing a number of letter of intent.

For the 10+ years in Despark I've managed to cover the full scope of responsibilities in a company with Despark's profile. Starting from junior web developer, going through intermediate and senior, to project manager, account manager, technical director and currently leading the revenue diversification department. In my experience I've successfully worked with clients on scoping, specifying, researching, prototyping, developing and releasing their business ideas to become successful digital products in various industries. During the period 2011-2017 I've been managing the development team of the company and have been responsible for the technical leadership and strategy. During that time we grew Despark's development team from 5 to 20+ people (currently ~15) covering wide range of web and mobile technologies such as: - PHP - Laravel, Symfony and Kohana frameworks and Drupal, Wordpress CMS - JavaScript - AngularJS, React and React Native - HTML, CSSSince 2013 I've been an active part of the strategic leadership team of the company, working closely with CEO, COO and CSO.In my day to day responsibilities I'm also actively supporting the team leads of the technical teams, the sales, marketing and operations teams for technical matters and the HR team when it comes to recruitment of dev personnel and cultural assessment of potential team members. Since the beginning of 2017 I've been responsible for the identification, assessment and implementation of additional revenue sources for Despark and facilitation of the process for releasing commercial company products.

Responsible for the business development of the company, bringing new leads, expansion and growth of the sales team.Working closely with the CEO to define and implement business growth strategies and collaborating with the marketing and content team on implementing client acquisition strategies.Building a bridge between potential clients of the company and the technical and design teams in order to fully define and understand their needs and wrap up a customised proposal based on their product and business strategy and goals.
