Biggest achievement during this period was to get the business to really adopt analytics and base decisions of information and not just gut. Myself and my manager started out as a two-man team and since built our area up to a 15+ team integral to the business. Some of my work includes building a customer focused datamart by overlaying various sources of information to create a more complete view of the customer – so we were suddenly looking at a person, and not a transaction!
