CurrentHired as a System Test Technician with the former Periphonics. Promoted two years later to Field Engineer installing and maintaining IVR systems in the NYC metro area. Transitioned to Nortel Networks as a Self Service Engineer with the acquisition of Periphonics—a similar role, new organization. Upon the sale of Nortel to Avaya ten years later, transitioned to the APS Associate Consultant role with the new company—holding the title for a short time before being named APS Consultant. Again, promoted to APS Senior Consultant a year-and-a-half later—a similar role with additional responsibilities for documentation, creating knowledge base content and mastering key skills essential to earning further advancement. Eight years later, named APS Principal Consultant with full-charge responsibility for team leadership on complex, enterprise-level implementation and delivery projects across North America.Oversee expert technical and/or analytical support to clients in identifying, analyzing and resolving problems related to complicated business communication systems. Working autonomously, lead teams and work to ensure client satisfaction. Resolve a diverse range of multi-variate problems. Assume technical project ownership role for complex engagements. Anticipate and identify detailed business needs and recommend solutions to problems.● Evaluate and manage new initiatives and business processes while coordinating with multiple departments such as Sales, Product Management, Business Services and IT.● Serve as team leader responsible for successful and timely delivery of Avaya OneCloud. Collaborate with other IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators and project managers to ensure successful implementation and integration. ● Work with delivery team members developing new processes and procedures related to Avaya delivery. Participate in project planning, scoping and estimation. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to project teams.
