This solution is used by Executive, Sales, Operations, and Development management to ensure that we are building products using the just-in-time model. We were successful in reducing warehouse inventory by 45%. Core technologies in the model are Salesforce.com, SharePoint, SQL Server, and VMWARE.Key player/advisor to the Product Management organization. We designed, marketed, and sold Enfora's first deployment of an Enterprise software application N4A for our customers. The N4A platform has the ability to run on multiple platforms, including Amazon AWS EC2.Chair a Business Prioritization Committee, consisting of Sr. and Executive level staff. The governing theme of the meeting is to ensure that IT is working on projects that the business needs.

    Responsible for managing the Oracle ERP Applications Suite. This role included direct supervision of Business Analysts, DBA's, and Developers. (both onshore and offshore) Successfully steered the organization through an upgrade of the suite from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10. This included complete regression testing of our customized code. The entire upgrade was completed within five months and had a zero negative impact to the monthly financial closing process. Indirectly reported to the Internal Audit committee for Sarbanes Oxley compliance of IT-ERP controls.Successfully managed the Messaging and IT helpdesk teams. Our team redesigned the Lotus Domino infrastructure from twenty-two windows servers around the world to a local Sun Solaris cluster in Dallas. Resulting in an annual expense savings of over $600K. Worked closely with the Sales Executives to deliver Salesforce.com within three months.

This project was completed on time and on budget and allowed i2 to successfully survive the economic downturn in 2002-2003.

The team won numerous internal awards for this solution.As a result of the Dot.com boom, we had to develop an onboarding/move process that allowed us to quickly enable employees to be productive. We had a very good success rate, and was personally thanked and rewarded by Michael Dell for our efforts.
