Combined Arms Support Command (Cascom), U.S. Army, Fort Lee, Va

In conjunction with Army Capabilities Integration Center (ARCIC), and at the direction of the Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM) Capabilities Development & Integration Directorate/Sustainment Battle Lab (SBL), conducts Force Modernization activities; specifically the Sustainment Army War Fighting Challenges (AWFC), to validate required capabilities and identify DOTMLPF-P solutions for prioritization and integration into Army & Joint operations. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME), advisor, and consultant for Ordnance (OD) solutions ISO the SBL Concepts Division.

Deputy Director Munitions and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Training Department and Senior Army advisor to the Ordnance Corps for initial and sustainment ammunition and EOD training. Responsible for the management of two training divisions comprised of 180 civilian, military, and contract instructors, training 4,500 students annually. Supervised twelve programs of instruction including: EOD training; ammunition management qualification; civilian bomb disposal technicians certification and Explosive Ordnance Clearance Agent training. Assured curriculum standards and instructor certifications, deployed Mobile Training Teams (MTT) and EOD Subject Matter Experts (SME) worldwide.
