In my career I have had the opportunity of witnessing and being part of some of the biggest events in technology from Y2K and 9/11 that transformed the way we think about data, backup and recovery to cloud computing, machine learning and AI that today opens up new horizons for businesses to take advantage of. In that time, I have helped my customers navigate through each of these challenging transformations and understand how to take advantage and thrive in these new environments.As part of my role, I act as a trusted advisor focused on making sure that my customers trust and know that I am standing beside them, behind them and helping guide them to the future as I work with them.The fact is that relationships are very important in this industry, trust is what it is based on and due to my experience of being able to work closely with my customers and partners, many have transferred over to become friends; personal relationships that I have cherished and worked closely with in the years in the industry.
