• • Responsible for field marketing, operations, partner marketing, and public relations for all product lines (technology platform & applications).• Assigned to planning, budgeting, and execution of local marketing campaigns, as well ascampaign planning for Southeast Europe (Albania, Bulgaria, FYROM, Serbia & Montenegro). Leading the marketing department team in order to coordinate and successfully execute activities such as events management, advertising plans, press relations, e-marketing etc. • Responsible for the Knowledge Management Initiative for restructuring the company’s Intranet portal• Responsible for launching the Global Customer Reference Program in Greece adding customer references and engaging customers in enhancing the company image.• Part of the country’s CSR implementation committee• Overall marketing reporting to local and regional management team. Key Achievements: In charge of the annual marketing operations for five years, resulting in the implementation of 90% of the annual Marketing plans in a timely manner and always within budget. Successful organization of Oracle’s annual Partner Forum in Greece for three consecutive years, reaching targeted sponsorship funding as well as level and number of attendees. Successfully launched Oracle’s e-Business Suite Special Edition marketing campaign in Greece. Part of the global Knowledge Management Initiative, in charge of the Intranet Portal relaunch, introducing content updates and management of accurate data and documentation. Leading the Customer Reference Program in Greece, successfully recruiting new customers to participate and endorse the company in various campaigns. Part of the Greek team which initiated the CSR programs of the Greek subsidiary.
