I take small eCommerce businesses and turn them into big ones - and I love every second of it.I've always been passionate about business - I spent a lot of my childhood experimenting with selling various goods and services, and picked up valuable lessons about customer behavior along the way (including finding and nurturing high-value customers - thanks Grandma!).Increasing digital revenue is a given in every role I have taken on, however what really drives me is scaling up the understanding and the application of digital channels across the wider business. When a team feels empowered and knowledgeable about the systems within the business, how they fit together and how they drive us forward, the opportunity for faster growth is unlocked.
