Including developing, launching and training on new technologies, products, services, processes, and best practices.• Develop and implement advisor educational and professional development programs, manage special services for top tier advisors, and develop and implement the Group Customer Advisor Value Proposition. • Responsible for managing and executing strategic technology projects and collaborating with internal and external business partners on initiatives to digitize and modernize quoting and renewal platforms.

Distribution Strategy - Group CustomerMain Functions:• Leading the development of national and emerging distribution strategy and value proposition, including integrated go-to-market approach, segmentation strategy, and promotion of initiatives.• Conducting regular market scans including regulatory, competitive, market environment, and recent trends analysis to support senior leaders understand our current position and where we need to be to win.• Maintaining close collaborative relationships with many departments under Group Customer, Individual Customer, Advisory Network, and Digital Hub to gather input and share output on latest strategic thinking• Managing relationships with specialist advisor partners to ensure strong understanding of their needs, expectations and pain points. Creating touchpoints for gaining an advisor’s perspective of the market to leverage this information for strategic decisions.

Business Development - Group CustomerMain Functions:• Collaborated with service team, financial analysts, and administration members for shared leadership to manage a block of business, which consisted of negotiating annual financial renewals, new business acquisition, and resolving service disputes for employee group benefits.• Highly developed critical thinking skills, with ability to conceptualize and analyze problems - and importantly focus on delivering value added solutions to clients through a continuous improvement model.• Established and maintained relationships with client decision makers (CFOs, Finance VPs, Controllers) as well as HR staff (HR Directors, Benefits Administrators) – leading to a comprehensive understanding of inner workings of different industries, unionized and non-unionized, TPA/TPPs, Associations, Fintech/Insurtech.
