Scott Tranter has over 15 years experience working in data science and engineering. He has a background in building PII based audience creation platforms, machine learning workflows and conducting in-cycle experiment informed activation programs. His work has been featured in The Harvard Data Science Review, NBC Meet the Press, The New York Times, Washington Post and Fast Company. Tranter is an investor and adviser to Decision Desk HQ which provides election results data to news outlets, political campaigns, and businesses.Scott is the former Director of Data Science for Marco Rubio for President and co-founder in Øptimus Analytics a data and technology company based in Washington D.C. Øptimus Analytics was acquired by Dynata in 2021. Tranter holds a degree in Finance from American University and a M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College which he primarily uses to dominate games of Battleship.Scott currently resides in Washington, D.C.
