Presented to the management team a detailed phased plan to increase sales by $20m in year 4, whilst complying with global corporate strategy. - Audited efficiency of inter-store transfers through SAP analysis. Built an efficiency measurement tool and set up operational guidelines. - Sold merchandise as a Sales Associate on the floor of the Prada Fifth Avenue store during 2 weeks.
