Our goal: (1) to provide a structural framework for the management plan of protected areas,(2) to provide both the fundamental and thematic training options (including workshop, forum, case analysis and field course, and 3-day outcome-based training courses) for protected area managers and partners,(3) to facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences among practitioners domestically and internationally;(4) to encourage participation and collabation among international conservation organizations.What we did: - Event Planning: 2015 International workshop of community-based conservation and protected areas. - Project planning, executive, management and financing: 2012-2015 Capacity Building Program in protected area management. - Stakeholder engagement: involved and facilitate academics, governments, NGOs and local people communicate together. - Exhibit preparation: 2014 World Parks Congress.

- Familiarise with the Enhancing Livelihoods and Markets framework.- Carry out desk a review and develop a database on relevant cases within the Asia-Pacific region for the training manual.- Participate in RECOFTC training event, institutional learning, and to host one to share the Community Forestry in Taiwan.- Supporting effective communication with Chinese-specking partners.

- Help organize and manage events, meetings and workshops. Including logistics, preparation of materials, and external and internal coordination with suppliers and other departments.- Edit and lay out various materials including technical documents and project progress reports.
