I began working with Nikolay Nikiforov in 2023. Nik’s son was invited to my daughter’s birthday party. While the kids were playing, we were discussing how to improve the working conditions, retention, and quality of service in my industry. At the time, AI tools were hardly used or properly implemented by property managers. Nik ran with the idea, researched for many months, interviewed PMs across the North America, and developed a business plan for the product that spurred from those ideas we shared while our kids were playing in the ball pit. In June 2024 we began rolling out the product to our first customers.
