• Defined how Travelport would change its go to market approach from a legacy geography based model to one based on customer tiering and vertical market alignment• Delivered multi million annualised efficiencies in the Agency Sales team whilst restructuring the pre-sales and regional product management functions worldwide• Redefined cross functional processes to deliver a SaaS based engagement model to Travelport’s 30,000+ SME customers worldwide

• Reported to the CEO and led Product Management, Design & Analytics as revenues grew by c.75%, overall staff numbers grew from 120 to 280 and the product function grew from 3 to 42 • Defined the business case and strategy for our new airline and travel agency solutions. Took Travelport Fusion, Trip Assist & Engage to market in 2017 having defined them from the ground up • Continued to define and evolve the award winning and industry leading mobile apps for major industry players such as EasyJet, Singapore Airlines, Etihad, BCD Travel & Collinson Group • Built the business case and justification for investment in analytics, voice, chat, AR and progressive web apps to further support Travelport Digital’s proposition to the travel industry

• Defined and executed the product strategy for the Travelport Merchandising Suite, enabling airlines to sell their products in a revolutionary new way on the GDS• Grew revenues from $0 to 8 figures annually for the product set in 3 years from flagship customers such as Delta, United, British Airways, easyJet, Ryanair, Air New Zealand, Qantas• Managed multimillion development budgets against total Air Commerce revenues of $1.6bn• Key team member in Travelport’s successful IPO in 2014 articulating the company’s strategy with airlines• Nominated by Travelport’s CEO to represent Travelport in the IATA Simplifying the Business Think Tank and at industry level advisory forums to IATA

• Worked with global airlines to bring their ancillary services (paid seats, checked baggage etc) onto the Travelport platform to be sold through travel agencies worldwide• Grew ancillary volumes and revenues on the GDS from zero to millions of dollars per annum• Product Management liaison with eNett, Travelport’s virtual credit card business. eNett drove Travelport’s non-air revenue growth and was a significant contributor to its successful IPO in 2014

• Built a product team managing the UK’s leading credit card processing solution and associated fraud prevention solutions• Managed the go to market for the company’s updated and re-platformed main revenue product – Solve3

• Defined and took to market an innovative Accounts Payable Automation solution based on integrating multiple acquired businesses with Bottomline’s core product set• Managed the Direct Debit solution set building readiness for SEPA

Travelled overland from Dover through 21 African countries ending in South Africa before spending two months in Australia.

• Took QuickAddress, a leading UK solution, international launching in Australia, USA and continental Europe, growing revenues from £4m to £48m
