LWD has functioned as virtual CMO for several entities, as well as, sourced, negotiated and integrated synergistic acquisitions for a consumer products e-commerce platform.As a director of publicly traded financial companies, I attained exposure to numerous industries. Quarterly we analyzed up to a hundred portfolio companies to determine their valuations. It is fantastic to be surrounded by intelligent people and learn from their vast knowledge bases.At Lipenwald, my responsibilities continually increased with promotions to COO, then CEO. I developed dozens of new products, including Obama Coins. The commercial was created in five days, airing at 9:57 am the day after election results were announced. The program achieved 100k customers in two weeks (250k within two months). It was a phenomenal lesson in maximizing an event as well as the operational aspects of rapidly ramping up production. At launch, weekly production capacity was 10,000 coins, yet we quickly determined two million coins were needed. Flexibility and innovative packaging solutions allowed us to successfully fulfill the large influx of orders.
