Oversaw external affairs and strategic partnerships to ensure high-impact land and water conservation outcomes across southern Colorado.

Worked with water, community, and conservation organizations in Colorado, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Montana, and Idaho delivering high-impact strategy, brand, and communications planning and programming services.Partial list of clients:Lower Arkansas Valley Water Conservancy District, Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District, Palmer Land Conservancy, Land Trust Alliance, Arkansas River Basin Water Forum, Colorado River Land Trust, Galveston Bay Foundation, Coastal Prairie Conservancy, etc.

Formed a non-profit and mobilized the community to collectively advocate for the CB Ranch—a 200-acre irrigated agricultural property central to the identify of this community that was purchased by a special water district outside of the region for its senior water rights to secure its water future. Designed a unique, legally enforceable steward covenant to ensure the proper re-vegetation of the ranch. Cultivated a strong partnership between the water utility and community to advocate for durable conservation outcomes on the ranch in the future.

Worked alongside the board, staff, and community to re-brand, re-ignite, and renew this small but mighty land trust charged with protecting one of the last wild places in Colorado. Together, we raised more friends and more money in the history of the organization - for land and nature.
