I am Director of Strategy and Implementation at Frenkel Topping Group. Formerly the Managing Director of Bidwell Henderson Costs Consultants. I work with a dedicated and talented team. Together we:* Build and nurture talent within the business to help deliver successful change. * Drive the implementation of the change strategy over the lifecycle of the business strategy.* Manage the delivery of our change portfolio in line with the requirements of the business plans. * Support project sponsors with the development of innovative ideas helping them to get high quality proposals through to the reality of delivering business benefit.* Develop and implement our plans for business improvement across the organisation, generating a culture of continual improvement across our business processes, control framework and organisational design.* Support the development of meaningful business cases. * Ensuring change is communicated effectively across the organisation and that key business relationships are nurtured and maintained.I am responsible for driving continual business improvement to support the growth and development of all businesses and departments within the Frenkel Topping Group.
