To improve the execution of PG&E’s strategic plans, I launched an enterprise-wide center ofexcellence to mature PG&E’s internal change process and culture. Within 3 years, I implemented a consistent change method to 200+ initiatives and 700+ people, resulting in a $15M internal consulting practice. To deepen our capability, I led teams to innovative new processes that identified $150M+ in business benefits, assessed the health of 150+ change initiatives on a monthly basis, facilitated 50+ change leadership workshops, thereby maturing our internal change capability. I also led the integration of our change leadership skills with our corporate leadership development from Supervisor through Senior Officer. In the first 12 months of this role, we reduced project durations by up to 50% while reducing project and program management costs by 25%. Over the course of the first 2.5 years, we aligned the marketing, sales, operations, finance, and IT teams to launch 8 new products contributing to digital media revenue growth.

*For a Pharmaceutical outsourced account, managed $15M+ of delivery and business development activities across all lines of business; saved my client over 7% in their web hosting service annually while reducing the delivery time for project change requests by 33%.; served as the IBM site manager for 40+ employee and subcontractor resources in the Kansas City and Cambridge facilities.*For IBM’s Healthcare sector, designed a client satisfaction model; contributed to IBM’s Global Customer Advocacy Board to reduce cycle time to close addendum business across outsourced accounts. *For a Telecommunications outsourced account, managed an enterprise architecture and engineering department of 30+ resources that provided technical leadership to 2000 individuals and 250 applications across the United States and India.

I functioned as the lead Business Architect for a web-based trading application in the B2B marketplace for an international investment services institution.
