Responsible for managing the general accounting group for E*TRADE Bank and related affiliates and subsidiaries.Assisted the M&A group on the sale of the E*TRADE Access ATM subsidiary. Provided President of the Bank with review of all bank contracts and financial implication of terms and conditions.

FireXchange is an international financial services and software company, that was focused on creation of a marketplace to facilitate the $100b project finance industry and the creation of a secondary market for liquidity. Fully responsible for the daily activities of the financial and operational teams located in North and South America. Managed development and deployment of software for the exchange by teams in Brazil and Argentina. Implemented and executed on operational strategies including the development of overall business and operational plans including market analysis, risk identification and mitigation strategies, pricing of products, and financial models. Hired and provided the leadership to the international operating teams responsible for executing on the plans. Facilitated the creation of a Brazilian subsidiary analyzing legal and financial implications, hiring in-country executive team, negotiating contracts for facilities and other services. Identified, developed and maintain strategic alliances with information providers and technology firms.

Easter Seals is a non-profit health and human service organization providing early education, elder care and physical therapy services through 12 facilities across the Mid-Atlantic region. Lead member of senior management team with direct responsible for managing operations, finance, IT and human resources.Received National Easter Seals award for excellence in recognition of the financial and operational organizational turnaround. Completed two mergers, integrated the operations of the acquired organizations, and opened three new service facilities. Restructured the government contracting process focusing on compliance and regulatory resulting in increased revenue and improved cash flow. Designed and implemented line of business budgeting process across all departments and integrated the involvement of all center managers and department heads.Worked with the Board of Trustees of the Easter Seals endowment fund ensuring preservation of the assets and generating investment income to be used in the operating entity.
