I work as an advisor on new property developments and investments, as well as providing support for plat layouts and building designs throughout preliminary stages. I also assist during the construction phases of new projects, including applicable city meetings and permitting processes. I am responsible for developing and generating new leases and maintaining tenant accounts and monthly statements.Tricon Properties, LLC develops and manages commercial and residential properties throughout Idaho and Utah. Our portfolio currently contains over 130,000 square feet of commercial space. We provide a variety of affordable and prime locations, as well as servicing national tenants such as Pizza Hut, Safelite Auto Glass, State Farm, and The Scoular Company.

As owner, I built and continue to manage a Tropical Sno franchise shaved ice business located in Preston, Idaho. While in a highly-saturated market, I am able to differentiate my product using high-quality ingredients and efficient processes. During day-to-day operations and events, I've sold over 41,000 servings to date.

Cache Designers was formed as a community group to introduce and educate the Cache Valley community on user-centered design principles. We held monthly meetups and sponsored a Slack group for additional discussions.Mission: We are designers, product owners, students, and community members in Logan, Utah. As a member of the Product Design team, I worked to develop human-centered products through contextual inquiries, user research, iterative testing, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing. I led the effort to integrate the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) approach into our team’s design process, which spread throughout other areas of the company. I was also responsible for developing our products’ user interfaces in HTML/CSS, with a focus on responsive design.Rent Dynamics offers an innovative suite of technology and services to the multifamily property management industry, such as lead management, centralized communication, and contact center services. RentPlus provides residents the ability to build their credit by paying their monthly rent on-time, as well as money management tools and credit education courses.

I started iQuickRepair as my first substantial entrepreneurial endeavor. What was initially a side project for friends and family, I quickly began selling iPod/iPhone/iPad repair services and devices online through eBay and Amazon. In total, I repaired over 500 devices.
