Establishing an entirely new Concierge department from the ground up. My focus preliminarily was to liaise with Richard Crookes construction to design the concierge space to best serve the new concierge team. The building is now established with 104 high end residential apartments overlooking circular quay.My role is to recruit, train and lead my staff in all aspects of 5 star concierge service and to make new residents transition into the building as smooth as possible, along with integrating building and concierge expectations to all my staff. • Recruitment of concierge staff for a 24-hour, 7 day residential building.• Fortnightly rostering of staff.• Training manuals and PowerPoint presentations for education of concierge expectations.• Building training modules regarding aspects of the new build.

Charity work For the past 9 years I have been treasurer of the Special Olympics Australia. We have approximately 30 intellectually and physically disabled people ranging in ages from 17 through to 53. We have players who have disabilities ranging from Autism to Alzheimers. I am also a member of LIONS club Sydney and am passionate about fundraising for various disease research projects.I have co-ordinated and developed fundraising events to capture valuable donor information as well as raise valuable funds from such events as Gala dinners, speaker evenings, business development workshops and wine tasting nights.
