Projects Completed:- Data Work Stream of a Telecommunications Transformation Programme for Department for Corrections. - Data Work Stream of a Telecommunications Transformation Programme for ANZ National Limited. The data solution comprised replacing the Banks existing Frame Relay, ATM and Metropolitan LAN Extension networks with a “Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) data technology based on Telecom’s “One Office” product.- Project Management of the deployment a Voice over IP (VOIP) telephony network and Contact Management Functionality for Westpac Banking Corporation (Nortel solution). Part of a Telecommunications Refresh Programme of work for the Bank.- Project Management of a number of IT projects for IAG New Zealand including: • Deployment of an email archiving solution utilizing the KVS Vault product from KVS inc.• Server Refresh Program – Management of the ongoing refresh of IAG’s servers that were more than three years old.• Data Recovery (DR) for Policy Plus and Datarich – Increasing the capacity of systems proving DR capability for two of IAG’s applications, including full DR testing and the updating of the DR plan• SQL Consolidation – Implementation of servers with associated SAN storage on which to consolidate IAG’s numerous SQL databases that were installed on numerous servers, typically one per application.• Exchange 2003 Upgrade - Exchange 2000 migration to Exchange 2003 SP1• Deployment of Onebridge Solution – Implementation of the Onebridge product for IAG executives to allow them to synchronise mobile device data with their existing Microsoft Exchange infrastructure.• Security Templates – Management of the deployment of security templates to a number of IAG servers
