I was promoted to Software Analyst III after completing the integration project that merged the healthcare business units. In this position, I have gained valuable experience with the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud and Account Engagement (formerly Pardot). I have also continued my SharePoint administration duties and recently began migrating sites from our on-premise server to SharePoint online.

I began working at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation (formerly Hitachi Healthcare Americas Corporation) in the fall of 2019. I got my first experience with customizing and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365. Within a few months, I needed to take over SharePoint and SQL server administration due to the unfortunate passing of a co-worker. After the acquisition by FUJIFILM closed, I successfully migrated our Dynamics 365 data to Salesforce to integrate our organization into their CRM.

I began working with the Texas Trio Classic, a yearly charity fishing tournament. A co-worker of mine at the time was a director for the tournament and needed someone to run the social media and website. Since then some of the tournament directors have started their own business. I have provided my services to them by creating websites and providing technical advice. I was brought into STERIS to assist with the deployment of self-service reporting tools. My previous development experience has also given me the chance to automate recurring reports. Due to expanding the duties of my previous role, I was promoted to Software Developer. The primary responsibility of this role was to create applications for the field and office staff. The largest of which was a system designed to assist the field engineers to execute well plans. I also oversaw the support provided by the employee who occupied my previous role. I began an internship with Goodyear Tire and Rubber my Junior/Senior year of college. The IT Support Team's goal was to provide support for high priority projects.
