Currently working as a Senior Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) working as the national technical lead for Boxing Australia, as well as the state's technical lead for Athletics Australia's supported track and field athletes.As the Director of High Performance for Bobsleigh Skeleton Australia (BSA), I provide strategic performance planning and management advice to the BSA Board and Chief Executive Officer. Responsible for the creation and implementation of the BSA Athlete Pathway Framework, used to advise the BSA Board of Directors on the planning and delivery of all national team activities in line with our vision, mission, and values.Previously trained the softball athletes in preparation for the 2021 Olympic Games, as well as the track cycling program and various track & field and bobsleigh athletes. Additionally serving as the link between all things softball and the QAS as our Softball Athlete Performance Coordinator in conjunction with Softball Australia. Previously working with the QAS P4G talent-ID and talent-transfer program, training athletes with Olympic and Paralympic potential as they transition into a new discipline. Previously a Head of Strength & Conditioning and Sports Performance Coach at EndZone Athletics, a private training center for professional & intercollegiate athletes and a Sport Performance Intern at Stanford University, and the University of Washington.
