Scouting, selecting, framing and presenting synthesis of conflicting urban affairs and industry sources for the firm’s principal. The goals of my work concern how to scope and launch a new initiative that will increase women's success in entering commercial real estate development.

While I was seeking an opportunity for my design thinking skills to improve livability and social mobility in metropolitan or rural areas, I used the time to work with purposeful seed-stage and pre-seed projects and their entrepreneurs.I identified a range of responses to distribution and regulatory hurdles, drafted project media and correspondence, and took the initiative to assist them in sharpening distinctive product features and developing their go-to-market strategies.

Neighborhood planning apprentice to a man who has made a couple of hundred thousand square feet of construction mean something. From the heart of the late 1960s graph-paper Urban Renewal mindset in America, he instead envisioned something different. He built incremental infill, block by block, making a virtue of necessity. And he built something piecemeal, adaptable, and lovely, that pays its own way and gets better with age. He has spent fifty years training others to build it, many of them walk-ons, and then mastering new challenges as he comes up with what's next. It's what I decided to study.
