My team followed 10-20 projects at once – I regularly presented the project status to top management with confidence. Due to changing availability of lithium-ion cells and high sales of battery packs, I was given the opportunity to mobilize a team of 6+ Project Engineers in an effort to enable production for battery packs that use alternate lithium-ion cell suppliers. I managed 40+ Alternate Cell Battery Projects simultaneously - each with a very aggressive timeline to meet production demand. I was the point of contact for the cross functional team to ensure priority alignment and resource management across the 40+ projects.I have managed multiple medical device projects. These projects often involve close coordination with outside clients in the medical R&D field. I used these opportunities to learn more about the medical industry.

Here, I held multiple roles as I performed functional validation and root cause analysis for technical content for the company.
