• Serve as Division Director in IT Search division of Robert Half Technology (RHT), a division of Robert Half International, an S&P 500 company that has consistently been ranked as industry leader in staffing since its inception in 1948. • Responsible for recruiting IT professionals for contract-to-hire and direct hire positions in Raleigh RHT region. Responsible for filling positions ranging from application developers to implementation specialists to CIOs.• Manage all aspects of hiring, including devising search strategies, evaluating resumes and conducting/managing telephone and in-office interviews, reference checks, offers and rejections. • Recruit and source highly skilled IT professionals in the Raleigh area through advertising, internet, business contacts, and direct recruiting.• Provide consultative recruiting services, including presentation of industry research and market intelligence to clients, candidate career development, and job negotiation/closing advice.• Identify leads, make sales calls, and conduct in-person meetings with key hiring managers and C-level executives for purpose of selling recruitment services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships. • Responsible for solidifying Robert Half Technology's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events such as the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce to keep in touch with our city’s unemployment projections and to track community growth on new business.
