In April 2000 I left my banking career to become an entrepreneur. After monetizing a couple of struggling start-ups, in 2007, I became co-owner of a regional fire and environmental services company. As President I continually strove to automate our product delivery in support of the white-glove environments we serviced. I had the good fortune to seed and incubate a field services technology company, FieldOne Systems, that was later purchased by Microsoft in 2015.I saw that the entire facility management/trade services industry was about to experience a massive transformation in the way human capital will collaborate and transact. I founded StringBean Tech to usher in this Built Environment Revolution. From Banker to Chimney Sweep to Tech Innovator... "By three things a man is known: by his cup, by his pocket, and by his anger." Babylonian Talmud, Eruvin 65 (4th Century)2. “Move not unless you see an advantage; use not your troops unless there is something to be gained; fight not unless the position is critical.” Sun Tzu (5th Century)3.
