Servicing the railway engineering and IT sectors, responsible for driving all communication activities including media relations, press releases, website verbiage, communication plans, business to business marketing, social media advertising and client updates. In partnership with Indian River State College, spearhead all communication efforts on the $74.2M rail training program - the Railway Academy with Interactive Learning (RA.I.L) Initiative.

Consulting with non-profit, Federation of Southern Cooperatives/Land Assistant Fund (FSC/LAF), achieved the following:-Wrote/awarded $750,000 from United States Department Agricultural Collaborative Conservation Grant opportunity - “Facilitating Eligibility, Land Retention, and Conservation Practices for Historically Underserved Rural and Urban Black Farmers in AL, GA, MS, SC, and OH -2021” to fund the 1) Increase the number eligible for USDA-sponsored programs, building the technical capacity to implement Farm Bill Conservation programs; 2) Expand conservation practices of biomass processing to positively impact soil and water health; 3) Increase Conservation Easement Participation; and 4) Increase urban Hoop House utilization that will strengthen conservation efforts and partnerships. -Wrote/awarded $100,000 from USDA grant opportunity - “Facilitating Innovative Conservation Practices in Rural Georgia-2019” to fund the uplifting of under-served minority rural farmer to identify, conduct outreach, train and advocate for socially disadvantaged producers in the areas of increasing common crop systems, forestry conservation certifications, and the new Farm Bill education. -Wrote/awarded $50,000 from Farm Aid proposal opportunity - “Helping Farmers Southern Pecan Farmers Thrive -2019, to fund struggling minority pecan farmers by facilitating a comprehensive cooperative system geared toward the limited resource pecan farmers AL GA and MS. -Created research methodology, conducted primary and secondary research instruments and composed a detailed final report for the National Resources Conservation Service/ United States Department of Agriculture Assistance Programs – “The Voices of Socially Disadvantaged Farmers and Ranchers of the Southeastern U.S,” 2020. -Wrote/awarded $250,000 Outreach and Assistance for Socially Disadvantaged Farmers/Ranchers Program Grant – “Innovative Development of Viable Agricultural Based Microenterprises,” 2020.

-Assigned on-line students writing assignments and facilitated discussions in Interpersonal Communication and Public Speaking courses. Reviewed and graded oral speeches varying in topics and tone. -Evaluated uploaded assignments and provide appropriate grading and constructive feedback. -Developed, administered, and graded quizzes, midterm and final exams.

-Taught courses bi-weekly pertaining to Communications and Technical Applications.-Prepared materials and lessons to facilitate curriculum.-Provided relevant assignments for students that demonstrate learning outcomes in a real-life setting.-Delivered competency-based education which aligned with the college model of curricula and style of teaching.-Designed class instruction though the development of instructional plans and activities to meet course competencies and lesson objectives.
