Although I have predominantly worked within the medical profession both in the private sector and the NHS Trust I also ran a successful antiques business when I was living in Henley-on-Thames and this helped me in my move to Devon a few years later when I became the Manager and In-House interior designer for an antique replica furniture company. I returned to the Isle of Wight to care for my mother who sadly died of dementia nearly eight years ago. I now look after my father and was fortunate to secure my current position back at St Mary's on the merits of my original employment with the Trust in the 80's.I still enjoy interior design and having a two acre garden to attend to have now branched out in to garden design as well. I am the owner of an exclusive, individual Barn bed & breastfast enterprise offering two guests a complete pampering experience complete with Champagne breakfasts which I am hoping to launch in June 2015.
